Emerging from an idea that first sparked at the University of Pennsylvania, Pseudonym Productions was officially founded in 2015 in Orlando, Florida. Across 5 unforgettable immersive experiences, Pseudonym made a name for itself as one of Central Florida’s most unique production companies. Now back in Philadelphia, Pseudonym Productions is currently developing multiple new immersive experiences to debut on an aggressive timeline across multiple cities throughout the coming years.

We are looking for a skilled Marketing / Social Media Strategist who can help lead the efforts to publicize our immersive experiences in fun and engaging ways.
Desired past experience includes 3+ years in marketing, public relations, and/or professional social media strategy and management.
Candidate must possess the following qualities: exceptional, well-rounded creative skills; vibrant personality that translates into online persona; excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills; strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to design collaboratively; excitement to work quickly, in many different directions.
Must be able to respectfully embody our brand identity and take initiative in engaging audiences through marketing and online social channels with an authentic voice.
We are seeking an individual who can think differently about promotional efforts, outside the Instagram box to create memorable marketing experiences to generate buzz and enable new audiences to find us in an engaging, organic way. Someone who can come up with wild guerilla and viral marketing ideas and have the ability to execute them with outstanding results.
Job responsibilities include: Creation of a social media strategy supporting Pseudonym Productions and each of our immersive experiences. Promoting our experiences through traditional marketing and publicity as well as social media efforts on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram (among others). Follow trends and make recommendations how to best to reach audiences in our markets. Create and schedule social media posts that represent our brand in a fun and inviting way without losing mystery and edge.
Compensation: This is a paid position, either freelance or part time, to be discussed with candidates based on availability and skills offered. Part time work will be paid hourly. Freelance will be an hourly rate or a flat fee per project.
Expected hourly range: $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience level, work history, range of skill set, time required to complete projects, and fit within the company.
Flat fee to be negotiated with freelancer, based on expected time devoted to projects, experience level, and work history.
Time Commitment: Position will begin as soon as possible and continue work on an ongoing basis with an expected commitment of 10-20 hours per week.
Opportunities: If the candidate proves to be a great fit for Pseudonym Productions, this position could turn into a full time role as early as November.
