Emerging from an idea that first sparked at the University of Pennsylvania, Pseudonym Productions was officially founded in 2015 in Orlando, Florida. Across 5 unforgettable immersive experiences, Pseudonym made a name for itself as one of Central Florida’s most unique production companies. Now back in Philadelphia, Pseudonym Productions is currently developing multiple new immersive experiences to debut on an aggressive timeline across multiple cities throughout the coming years.

We are looking for a Media Designer who can help lead the efforts in creating visual works in video, photography, and graphic design.
Desired past experience includes 3+ years in video production including editing, still photography, and digital and print 2D design work.
Candidate must possess the following qualities: exceptional, well-rounded creative skills; excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills; strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to design collaboratively; excitement to work quickly, in many different directions.
Must be able to design quickly and follow creative direction closely, including receiving feedback and rapidly iterating on a concept.
Job responsibilities include: Design of media elements to support immersive / interactive experiences featuring many different aesthetics and themes, informed by elaborate narratives, while adhering to the overall creative intent of each experience. Video work may include editing promotional videos for social media and advertisements, shooting and/or editing narrative videos for online experiences and websites, and creating inventive videos to be displayed as part of physical immersive experiences. Photography may include promotional photos of sets, actors, and experiences, as well as conceptual / narrative photography work. Graphic design work may include website elements, advertising / promotional materials, posters, and merchandise.
Compensation: This is a paid position, either freelance or part time, to be discussed with candidates based on availability and skills offered. Part time work will be paid hourly. Freelance will be an hourly rate or a flat fee per project.
Expected hourly range: $20 – $35 per hour, based on experience level, work history, range of skill set, time required to complete projects, and fit within the company.
Flat fee to be negotiated with freelancer, based on expected time devoted to projects, experience level, and work history.
Time Commitment: Position will begin as soon as possible and continue work on an ongoing basis with an expected commitment of 10-20 hours per week.
Opportunities: If the candidate proves to be a great fit for Pseudonym Productions, this position could turn into a full time role as early as November.
